Groove pricing plans and packages has changed several times throughout 2020.
Previously known as GrooveFunnels, this article will outline Groove’s latest pricing plans and their upcoming price increase in 2021.
Latest Groove.cm (GrooveFunnels) Pricing 2021
So, how much does Groove.cm CRM cost?
As of 1st March 2021, there are only 2 payment options for their lifetime packages:

5 monthly payments of $497

OR one-time payment of $1397
Both payment options gives you lifetime access to all and future Groove apps – this is known as their Lifetime Platinum plan.
Groove Costs and What Does It Include?
Groove’s Free version gives you access to all current apps like GroovePages, GrooveMail, GrooveSell, GrooveMail, GrooveMember, GrooveBlog, GrooveKart and ALL future apps.
The free version is referred as the “base plan” and it’s the “lite” version of GrooveFunnels.
On the free base plan you can create 3 funnels, connect up to 3 domain names, add 500 email contacts in GrooveMail, upload up to 15 videos in GrooveVideo and 1 blog in GrooveBlog.
You can create unlimited GrooveKart stores however on the free base plan, the credit card processing fees are higher. To make it easy, I’ve included a table of Groovefunnels features and limits on each plan below:

Groove Platinum Lifetime Price Increase
Groove plans to increase the platinum lifetime price from $1397 to $2497.
Here’s a summary of what was mentioned in their latest State of Groovion (11th June 2021) regarding price increases:
End of August 2021 – They plan to increase the lifetime price from $1397 to either: $1497 or $1997 (personally I think it will be $1497 but who knows)
This price increase will last up to Black Friday or Thanks Giving 2021
Lifetime Price ENDS around 25th/26th November
They plan to switch to monthly pricing – $99 per month and $299 per month
There is no set date on the price increase and the above are only approximate date.
Once out of beta, the platinum plan switches to $299 per month in perpetuity.
Should I Sign Up For GrooveFunnels Free Plan?
So, as you’ve seen in the table above, the free plan packs a punch with 3 sales funnels, 3 custom domains, 1 membership site, 500 email contacts, unlimited products and unlimited affiliates – all this with no credit card.
An important limitation to note is that email marketing is capped to 500 contacts. You are 100% going to need email marketing in order to make your sales funnels profitable.
Of course, you can use GrooveMail with the ability to import 10,000 contacts if you decide to purchase the lifetime package which has the added benefit of integrating with all the other groove apps.
I’d recommend you take a look at ActiveCampaign if you prefer not to use GrooveMail, it’s a great email marketing tool that integrates with GroovePages. It has email marketing automations, an inbuilt CRM, great customer support, training and is easy to use.
